Modern Woolfare and The Wild Project Bushcraft & Forest School Announce Community Bushcraft and Wellbeing Events at Picturedrome
Modern Woolfare, a veteran-founded outdoor clothing brand, has partnered with The Wild Project Bushcraft & Forest School to host two exciting community events this October at Picturedrome Yard.
These events are designed to encourage connection with nature, hands-on learning, and mental wellbeing through traditional bushcraft skills and time spent outdoors.
Bushcraft Day — 29th October 2025, 10:00–14:00
Young adventurers aged 10–15 are invited to take part in a fun and educational introduction to bushcraft. Under expert guidance, participants will learn:
- Safe knife handling
- Fire making
- Carving their own tent peg or try stick
- Building simple shelters
Each child will take part in a one-hour session focused on practical skills, safety, and creativity.

Men’s Wellbeing Evening — 21st October 2025, 18:00–20:00
This relaxed evening session is designed for men aged 18+ to unwind, reconnect, and share time outdoors. The event includes guided fire-making and carving activities, with a focus on mindfulness, community, and conversation.
The campfire setting provides a safe and welcoming space for participants to recentre, talk, or simply take solace in the quiet of the flames.
